A Different Approach to Mental Health

Many services focus only on symptoms. We look deeper.

Mental health challenges can be connected to:

  • ADHD or neurodivergence
  • Addiction or coping behaviours
  • Life experiences and trauma

Our role is to help you understand the full picture—and support you in moving forward.

Mental Health Appointments & Fees

We offer clear, transparent pricing so you know what to expect before booking. Following your initial assessment, your clinician will explain which appointments or services are appropriate for your individual needs. There are no unnecessary appointments, and all recommendations are tailored to you.

Mental Health Assessment - 90 minutes — £175

A comprehensive assessment with an experienced mental health clinician. The appointment explores your current difficulties, relevant history, physical and mental health, medication, relationships, lifestyle and the impact on your daily life.

You will have time to explain what has been happening, what you would like help with and discuss the most appropriate next steps.

Mental Health Follow-Up Appointment - 50 minutes — £120

For clients receiving ongoing clinical mental health care. The appointment reviews your current symptoms, emotional wellbeing and daily functioning, progress since your previous appointment, medication where relevant, and recommendations for ongoing care.

Private Prescription - £45 per issue

Available where medication forms part of an appropriate clinical pathway and has been authorised by an Equilibrium prescriber.

Prescribing is not automatic and will depend on clinical assessment, your health, current medication and the professional judgement of the prescriber.

One-to-One Therapy Session - 50 minutes — £90

A confidential, person-centred therapy session focused on your agreed goals and the factors affecting your emotional wellbeing.

Sessions are tailored to your individual needs and may use evidence-based therapeutic approaches to help you understand patterns, develop practical ways of managing difficulties and work towards lasting change.

One-to-One Coaching Session - £90 per session

A practical, goal-focused session designed to help you identify priorities, build confidence, strengthen routines and develop strategies for managing challenges in your daily life, work or relationships.

Mental Health Clinical Letter - £75

A clinician-prepared letter providing relevant factual information for an employer, education provider or another organisation.

The purpose and scope of the letter must be agreed in advance. Letters can only include information supported by your clinical records and will be provided where clinically appropriate.

GP Treatment Summary & Communication - £75

A clinical summary for your GP or another healthcare professional, shared with your consent.

The summary may include relevant assessment findings, care provided, medication information where applicable, and recommendations for ongoing care.
